Practices may be open or closed at the discretion of each coaching staff. Players are expected to attend all scheduled practices and tournaments, as consistent attendance is essential to individual and team success. While school and church activities are respected, families should understand that club volleyball requires a significant commitment throughout the season.
Practice and Team Expectations
Attendance
Excessive absences may result in reduced playing time or other consequences determined by the coaching staff.
Teams are expected to compete in their scheduled tournaments. In certain situations, such as player conflicts or unforeseen circumstances, coaches and the Club Director may adjust tournament schedules, combine players from other age-appropriate teams, or cancel events when appropriate.
Tournament Participation
Adrenaline Volleyball Club is Christ-centered and committed to providing a positive environment for athletes, families, coaches, and spectators. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the club without refund.
Conduct and sportsmanship
Communication
Open and respectful communication between coaches, players, and parents is essential. Coaches will communicate schedule changes, practice updates, and tournament information as promptly as possible, and families are encouraged to address concerns directly with their coaching staff.
Committment
Club volleyball requires a substantial commitment throughout the season, including multiple weekly practices and weekend tournaments. By accepting a position on an Adrenaline team, players and families agree to make every reasonable effort to fulfill those commitments and contribute positively to the team’s success.
